: Privacy Statement We hold some basic details of each purchaser of our software. As a purchaser the details we hold are are your name, address, email address, the date a product was ordered, which items were ordered and how much was paid at the time. As a newsletter subscriber we hold your email address, and only if you provide us with other details, we will hold your name, and basic location in the email newsletter database. All this data is stored safely. OBD Software does not have access to, nor hold any financial details such as credit card numbers or other payment method details. We only share basic data with our distributors, currently 2checkout (formerly Avangate) and our newsletter service providers in order to supply the products or help with product sales or technical support, or to supply emails. We only use data in relation to this, and do not share data with any other 3rd party. We do not sell data to anyone. Data will be used to process orders, or queries about them, or to distribute emails regarding your purchase or software updates, or products. As 2checkout take payments for our products they may hold other details, but we do not have any access to that extra data.
